Partial refund decisions are at the discretion of SysLab Technologies management.

4. Project Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation occurs after work has begun, all completed milestones remain fully chargeable.

5. Quality Assurance & Revisions

SysLab Technologies provides revisions as outlined in your service agreement.
If a deliverable does not meet agreed-upon specifications, we will make reasonable efforts to correct or revise it at no additional cost, within the revision limits stated in your contract.

This does not qualify as grounds for a refund unless explicitly stated in your service agreement.

6. Third-Party Fees

Any costs paid to third-party vendors, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting

  • Domains

  • Cloud services

  • Software licenses

  • API usage

  • Plugins or integrations

are non-refundable, as these payments are made directly to third-party providers.

7. Delivery Delays

Refunds are not provided for delays caused by:

  • Client’s lack of communication or slow feedback

  • Requirement changes during the project

  • Third-party platform issues

  • Force majeure events (disasters, outages, emergencies)

SysLab Technologies will always make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.
